About Kristina Carlton
Kristina is a devoted follower of Christ, a Mindbody Practitioner, and a Certified Life Coach Minister.
Prior to becoming a coach, Kristina faced a complex array of chronic health issues, including Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), Adrenal Insufficiency, Histamine Intolerance, and Mold Illness, among other diagnoses, which left her couch bound. She turned to biblical Scriptures on healing and gradually transitioned away from medications and supplements, leading to significant improvement in her condition.
Kristina firmly believes that God wants people to be well and that He can and will use medical practitioners and different modalities.
Kristina’s search for complete freedom from the remaining chronic issues led her to study mindbody syndrome and utilize mindbody principles, brain rewiring, and her faith to find more healing. Having overcome her own struggles, she developed a strong desire to help others find freedom from chronic illness through a mindbody approach and learning the truth about God’s word.
To further her expertise, she has completed the “Freedom from Chronic Pain” practitioner training by Dr. Howard Schubiner and Alan Gordon’s Pain Reprocessing Therapy training. Kristina is also a Certified Life Coach Minister through the Christian Leaders Institute in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
With her education in mindbody syndrome, biblical studies, and her personal healing journey, Kristina is well-equipped to help others through their own journeys. Furthermore, as a believer in Christ, Kristina recognizes the profound significance of one’s identity in Christ. She understands that true healing and wholeness encompass the spiritual aspect as well.
In her leisure time, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their dog, exercising, volunteering at church, and relishing a cup of espresso at their favorite café.
